GBP-1.7674 30th Jan,2006 Pre-Japanese Update

Pound failed near 1.7880 after which a steep fall was seen towards current level 1.7670. For now we would expect the currency to continue further downwards while 1.7725 provides cap. So prefer selling on raise near 1.7720, but the decline should be supported above 1.7570.

Sell @ 1.7720 for 1.7600, with stop above 1.7750.

Swiss has perfectly declined to the target at 1.2880, but we missed the buy entry for a few pips. For now we would expect 1.2850 to provide support for the currency to resume a fresh rally towards 1.2900. So prefer buying on dips near 1.2850 for the above said target to be reached.

Buy @ 1.2850 for an open target, with stop below 1.2820.

Pound could not get below 1.7735 and has bounced back to eliminate us from our 1.7780 sell position at entry for no P/L. However we would prefer attempting one more sell below 1.7850 for the currency to decline towards 1.7680. So look to initiate a sell position at 1.7840 for the above said target to be reached.

Sell @ 1.7840 for 1.7680, with stop above 1.7870.

EUR-1.2026 6th Feb,2006 Pre-Japanese Update

Euro has moved in line with our expectation to reach our target at 1.1980 and we booked a profit of 110 pips. For now we would expect one more decline towards 1.1950 and lower. So prefer initiating a sell position if 1.2060 is seen first, for the currency to decline towards the above said target.

Sell @ 1.2060 for 1.1980, with stop above 1.2090.

EUR-1.1970 10th Feb,2006 Pre-Japanese Update

Euro also did not move much, but is holding above 1.1950 for a second continuous day. During the course of consolidation we were eliminated from our 1.1950 buy position at the entry. For now we would expect 1.2020 to cap the upside for a pull back towards 1.1900. So prefer buying on such dips.

Sell @ 1.2010 for 1.1950, with stop above 1.2040.
