Gold – Comex closed yesterday at 1093/94, high 1094/95 (day’s high 1095/96) & low 1087/88. Gold continued to find good Asian buying yesterday. pushing above 1090, some follow thru bids came thru in Europe at 1092/93 however the mkt initially traded back down to 1087 in NY and then back up where stops at 1095 were triggered, but again lacked follow through & drifted back down (UBS Metal), it rose from 1089/90 to 1097/98 amid rebounding euro & light physical demand in Asia, it needs to hold above 1085 & recover past 1100 to challenge 1105-08 or 1115-1120 failure risking fresh setback to 1080-77 or 1070-1063, support 1085/1077 & 1074, res 1100/1105 & 1108

New Zealand –-NZD/USD rose from 0.7030-35 to 0.7100-05 but lacked follow through o/n, it tracked eurusd to 0.7030-35 then back up to 0.7075-80 in Asia, it must hold above 0.6990 & recover past 0.7105-25 to test 0.7160-80 or 0.7220 failure risking setback to 0.6960-00, support 0.6990/0.6960 & 0.6900 res 0.7105/0.7125 & 0.7160
