ما هي العلاقة الجديدة بين ODLMARKETS و FXCM

أنا لدي حسابين واحد في شركة FXSOLUTION
و حساب آخر في شركة ODLMARKETS

بالنسبة لشركة FXSOLUTION لا مشاكل الأمور واضحة معهم عدا أنها بالنسبة لعالمنا العربي هناك بعض الجنسيات لا تقبل بها كالسوريين مثلاً

وبالنسبة لشركة ODL MARKETS فهي شركة رائعة و لم يحدث معي أي مشكلة معهم

أما الجديد فهو أنني دخلت موقع شركة ODLMARKET فوجدت ODL MARKETS POWERED BY FXCM بالإضافة إلى منصة تداول جديدة

ماذا حدث؟ هل شركة FXCM اشترت ODL ؟
ام العكس؟
او تم اندماج الشركتين؟

و في الموقع لشركة ODL هناك إشارة لـ FXCM and No Dealing Desk Execution

ما الذي حدث؟

بما أن شركة المتداول العربي و انا أحبها كثيرا وكيلة لشركة FXCM فهل عندكم المعلومات الكافية عن ماذا حصل؟

او من أي شخص يعرف اي شيء ..... ارجو المساعدة

ملاحظة: قرأت في هذا المنتدى عن بعض المشاكل في الميتا تريدر لشركة FXCM فهل هذا المعلومات التي ذكرتها في الأعلى تحسن من أوضاع الشركة أم ماذا ؟

FXCM نصابين بكل ما للكلمة من معنى! في أكثر الأوقات حساسية يتوقف الميتاتريدر وتضيع أموال الزبائن، وآخرها ليلة أمس أكثر من ست ساعات متواصلة البرنامج متجمد والأوامر لا تتفعل ولا يمكن إغلاق العمليات.

لدي snapshots لكل ما ذكرته ومش محتاجة دليل إفتح البرنامج وانظر الشارت.

مهزلة!!

وقريباً سأفضح فرعهم في الشرق الأوسط المسمى FXCM MENA بالأدلة والإثباتات إذا لم يرجعوا كل سنت من عملياتي الرابحة التي لم أستطع إغلاقها لليلة كاملة!!

Emergent UK based foreign exchange and derivatives broker ODL Group Ltd announced this morning that it has agreed to be acquired by USA based rival FXCM. ODL Group, which also offers spread betting and CFD trading products is thought to be one of the UK’s largest retail foreign exchange brokers.
The deal will see ODL Group’s biggest shareholders, Graham Wellesley and Lorenzo Naldini selling the business in which they own more than 50% of the equity to USA-based forex exchange brokerage heavyweight FXCM Holdings to create a business with over 200,000 active trading accounts and some 1000 employees worldwide.
Mr Wellesley, ODL Group’s vice chairman whose line of ancestry is also connected to the Duke of Wellington, stated that the takeover was just the start of an ‘aggressive’ roll-out plan for the company in which he and Lorenzo Naldini will stay as partners with responsibility for managing the European divisions.
The new company is looking into becoming one of the top CFDs, forex and spread betting providers in the United Kingdom and a strong competitor to rival counterparts CMC Markets, IG Index and City Index. ‘We believe the takeover will enable us to build a globalised version of their business’, Mr Wellesley said.
Drew Niv, a co-founder of FXCM and the company’s CEO, stated: ‘For several years, FXCM has been working towards becoming a major provider in Europe. The deal with ODL will provide us with a great opportunity to achieve this.’
ODL Markets and FXCM both run on the Metatrader 4 trading platform and although there will be no immediate changes to ODL Markets’ spread betting platform, it is envisaged that ODL Markets will be looking to replace their current spread betting platform with FXCM’s Trading Station. As a commentator rightly pointed out FXCM has been in the process of expanding throughout Europe over the past couple of years opening offices in Paris, Milan, Athens, and most recently Berlin. With the acquisition of ODL, this expansion process will be accelerated.

Forex broker ODL accepts US takeover

The founders of one of Britain's largest retail foreign exchange brokers have agreed to a takeover by a US rival as part of an ambitious plan to take on some of the biggest players in the highly-lucrative online trading market.




ODL Group's largest shareholders, Graham Wellesley and Lorenzo Naldini, have sold the business in which they own more than a 50pc stake to US-based global foreign exchange broker FXCM Holdings to create a business employing around 1,000 staff.

Mr Wellesley, ODL's vice chairman and a descendant of the Duke of Wellington, said the takeover was the start of a "very aggressive" expansion plan for the company in which he and Mr Naldini will remain partners with responsibility for overseeing the European operations.
"The combined firm will be a top three player in the UK and a strong competitor to the likes of IG Index, but we think the takeover will enable us to build a globalised version of their business," said Mr Wellesley.
The value of the transaction has not been disclosed, but FXCM is understood to be worth around $1.5bn (£984m) and ODL shareholders, who will receive FXCM stock in return for their current holdings, are likely to make up a sizeable minority in the combined business.
Drew Niv, one of six co-founders of FXCM and the company's chief executive, said: "For several years, FXCM has been working towards becoming a major player in Europe. The deal with ODL will provide us with a great opportunity to achieve this."
