The euro is poised to thrust lower, to a new low for the year (below 1.3444).
The recent consolidation is a likely triangle and alternates nicely with the against the trend second wave. If the triangle is complete it lasted about half as long as wave two, perhaps that's explained away by the popularity of the weak euro view relative to the popular view during wave two. It may also speak to the strength of the underlying trend toward lower levels.
Keep in mind, a thrust from a triangle is a terminal movement so while we continue to anticipate euro weakness ahead we'll soon have to switch to looking for a temporary bottom.

Whether we're talking about the dollar recovery from 84.82 or the rebound from 88.55 it is corrective. The path of least least resistance favors the yen. $JPY is headed below 88.55 and 84.82.
At best, the dollar will rebound briefly to correct the decline from 92.16. A bounce should present an opportunity to sell and not the start of a dollar advance.

Resistance: 1.5508, 1.5675, 1.5822, 1.5867
Sterling's recovery from 1.5348 is clearly corrective, leaving the market vulnerable. The decline from 1.5578 is sharp, the subsequent rebound (from 1.5394) corrective so sterling is immediately vulnerable.
At a minimum cable will drop below 1.5348. It's possible the decline from 1.5578 will continue to five waves. That would leave waves three, four, and five ahead.
