Before few months I gave them 5 stars(i regret for that) but now I gave SCAM to fxsol because I didn’t find a worse mark , any way in this review iam going to talk about three things:
1- their good things ( to be fair )
2- their bad things
3- my experience with them
***THEIR GOOD THINGS :
1- easy to open an account with them
2- they have a demo account
3- their platform is very easy and organized (iam talking about the old platform not the new one )
4- they have nice features in the platform like hedging , CAR, trailing stops
5- their spreads are average and reasonable
6- when you ask for withdrawal they will process fast
***THEIR BAD THINGS:
1- their live chat persons are very impolite and rude and they have no respect for customers
2- when you e-mail their support you will never get a reply (they will just ignore you)
3- if you trade the news with them you will definitely lose your money because 5 minutes before the news their spreads will so much widen that it will become impossible for you to enter at a nice price, and if you place a buy stop or sell stop order they will fill you VERY far from your price and once your target is hit they will not execute it and instead they will fill you while the price is retracing so that you will lose
4- if you place a trade with a stop loss then off your computer they will hit your stop and make you lose even if the stop is 200 pips away , and when you check all charts and resources you will find that the price never reached your stop
5- their charting system is the worst I saw in my life and I mean both old charts and the new charts
6- their new platform is not good (it has the same features of the old platform but with new colors and more noise)
7- their execution of trades is slow even at any time of the day ( but not so slow ) se
8- their premium rollover fees are high
9- in their demo they are not widening their spreads during news announcements which is totaly different from their real trading platform
***MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM:
I traded real money with this broker for almost 9 months ,first before that I demo traded with them for 1 month , during my REAL MONEY trading with them I experienced the following things :
1- one time I placed a trade and went long on GBP/USD , I placed my stop 200 pips away from my price and I placed a take profit 10 pips away from my price, I offed my computer and after 8 hours I saw my account and I found that my stop loss was hit and that I lost 200pips( that’s around 2000 $ ), so I know that it was a bad trade and that can happen in trading BUT when I reviewed my charts in their platform and other platforms I found that the price did go against me by 108 pips but it never got even near to my stop point, so I immediately chated with their live chat with one person and told him what exactly happened with me, then he told me please wait a moment , I waited and after 10 minutes he told me please wait while I check then after 10 minutes of waiting he transferred the chat to a new person from funding dept , then again I had to tell him my issue again then he told me to wait , after putting me on hold for 10 min he replied that I was right and that there was a mistake and he told me that they will correct that thing, I felt happy at first , after two days I received an e-mail from them saying that the problem was due to some error in my trading platform and he quoted for me the user agreement on the platform and told me that he regrets that it happened to me and that it could happen to any one and that fxsol is not responsible for my loss( CAN YOU BELIEVE THESE CHEATERS )
2- one time before the previous incidence their was one news announcement for UK , I placed an order to buy gbp/usd at 1.9628 ( stop loss at 1.9618 and take profit at 1.9640 , they filled me at 1.9636 then price went and reached my take profit but I was not filled then the price went up to 1.9651 then I was in profit so I decided to close my position but I was not able to close it then the price started to retrace and went down and hit my stop and I lost around 180 $ , when I contacted them they simply denied and sent me some screen shots showing that they are correct( they are the ones making the shots so they can show whatever they like , right?!!)
After that I closed my account with them because I felt it is no more safe to trade with them(I will contact NFA SOON) and now I searching for a new broker who is good for news trading and legitimate

2007-09-06 5 Stars i've been trading with them live for several months now , sometimes iam gaining and sometimes losing but all my profits were my own effort and all my losses were my own mistakes , their execution and fills are nice to me , they have many nice features like different leverages and trailing stops and charting is okay , i didn't have any problems with their platform ( s.t it is freezing but that is acceptable in computers and internet and its not affecting my trading ) , their customer service is nice also, funding is very quick , still i didn't try withdrawal yet, so all in all i think they are nice and graet broker
