The Company is registered as Foreign Exchange Clearing House in January 2004. The Company's registration number is 9126, and authorized to deal in Spot Foreign Exchange market and derivatives (CFDs) of commodities. Foreign Exchange Clearing House is a Prime Clearing Member of Electronic Derivatives Exchange PANAFEX regulated by Financial Markets Services Authority. Registered Member ID: PMM-061101. Foreign Exchange Clearing House is authorized by PANAFRICAN Financial Exchange to solicit clients and accept orders to buy or sell approved financial instruments on PANAFEX as well as accept money or other assets from customers to support such orders. According to PANAFEX regulations FXCH maintains a Surety bond with PANAFEX for clients’ protection against possible customer complains and claims toward FXCH. Members of PANAFEX are selected according to strict criteria and have to respect a codex of honor in conducting their business. Banks and financial companies withholding customers' funds are obliged to adhere to the regulatory standards of the financial authorities and must follow precise due diligence procedures and trading practices. FXCH fully compliant with the aforementioned directives and is subject to all applicable financial regulations

اخي الفاضل يبدو لي انها شركة اوف شور يعني ستكر سويسري والداخل جمهورية الدومينيكان نصيحة الابتعاد عن مثل هذة الشركات مهما كانت الاغراءات واذا كانت شركة سويسرية يجب ان نكون مسجلة في SFDF و منظمة ARIF . هناك الكثير من الشركات الممتازة وخليك على المضمون لان الكثير من الناس لايعلمون كيف تعمل هذة الشركات وقد وصل ببعضهم الحد الي بناء سيرفرات داخلية خاصة بهم تقوم على تخسير العميل مهما بلغت حرقيته بالمتاجرة.
