Alpari UK go into administration

It has only just come to our attention that Alpari UK are the first to accept, and acknowledge, that yesterday's Swiss National Bank turnaround has had a profound impact on the retail forex industry.
Today, Alpari UK have officially applied to the UK courts for administration procedures to be implemented.
"The recent move on the Swiss franc caused by the Swiss National Bank’s unexpected policy reversal of capping the Swiss franc against the euro has resulted in exceptional volatility and extreme lack of liquidity. This has resulted in the majority of clients sustaining losses which has exceeded their account equity. Where a client cannot cover this loss, it is passed on to us. This has forced Alpari (UK) Limited to confirm today, 16/01/15, that it has entered into insolvency. Retail client funds continue to be segregated in accordance with FCA rules."
By approximately 10am this morning, the Alpari UK phone and email systems had been turned off, creating further confusion and speculation.
Administration is a very powerful process for gaining control, when a company is insolvent and facing serious threats from creditors. The Court may appoint a licensed insolvency practitioner as administrator. This places a moratorium around the company and suspends all legal actions.
However, the law requires that any finance provider (like a bank or lender), with the appropriate security, is contacted and the aims of the administration be discussed and approved. The finance provider must have a fixed and floating charge (usually under a debenture) and the charge holder will need to give permission for the process to go ahead. Five days clear notice is required.

يعني الحسابات حتى هذا المبلغ تسترجع كاملة والتي تفوق 50000 استرليني . تسترجع 50000 الف فقط

اي تمام هذا الموضوع ولكن اللي خايف منو حقيقة هو يمطو بالموضوع متل بزمانو كانت ريفكو اكبر شركة و الناس ضلت سنين لحتى استلمت مصاريها

حسب ما فهمته مكتوب بموقع alpari أن الإنزلاق السعري الاخير للفرنك السويسري بعد التدخل المفاجئ للبنك المركزي السويسري ادى الى تكبد العديد من عملائهم لخسائر كبيره
الان افراد الرقابه الـ FCA دخلو مكاتب alpari ويقومون بمراجعة سجلات شركة الوساطه التي اعلنت إفلاسها!

سمعت ان عملاء لبعض الشركات اصبحت حساباتهم بالسالب! ( - ) بدلا من صفر وهنا المصيبه فمن سيعوض من الأن؟!
