اخواني احذركم من شركة FXSOl
فهي شركة نصابة وتسرق اموالنا و لا يوجد لديها الية او غيره
فمنذ يوم الجمعه الماضية كنا في حسابي 2500 دولار اصبح اليوم 57 دولار فقط
وعند محادثة الشركة علي الشات لم يتكلم معك المسئول بل اعطي ما يلي

Robert: “Fast Market” conditions occur, primarily, during major economic data releases but can be also be triggered by unexpected news or global events. During the extreme price volatility in fast markets, currency pair prices will "gap" and spreads widen. A price gap occurs when the price of a currency pair either jumps or plummets from its last bid/offer quote to a new quote, without ever trading at prices in between those quotes. As an example, the Euro/US Dollar currency pair may move from a bid/offer of 1.1891 - 1.1894 and begin trading at 1.1941 - 1.1944, without ever trading at the prices between those quotes. In these instances both stop-loss and entry stop orders will either be executed at their requested rate , if the market has traded there, or at the next recorded price in the market, regardless of order size. These orders will be automatically executed and will not require dealer intervention. This policy creates uniformity and transparency of trade execution and does not discriminate based on the size of the order.Robert: Robert: When volatility and illiquidity occur in the market, for example during major economic data releases, global banks widen their bid/offer spreads in all currency pairs and restrict the placement of entry orders. FX Solutions maintains fixed bid/offer spreads at all times giving our clients the ability to take advantage of major price moves. From time to time we may restrict the ability to place an entry stop close to the market. Prior to major economic news releases, FX Solutions may decide to restrict the placing of Entry Orders to, for example, a minimum of 10 pips away from the current market price instead of the normal 1 pip. The decision to widen this spread will be based on the prevailing market liquidity and volatility. Each data release will be evaluated separately. This change will only affect Entry Orders and does not prevent the placing of Market Orders during these times. Our actions are designed to reflect current market conditions and to protect our clients from the possibility of extreme gap fills during periods of increased volatility. We are not preventing the placement of such orders but merely widening the distance from market that they may be placed. If we decide to take this action we are only reflecting the prevailing conditions in the interbank market and each data release is analyzed individually. This is done to prevent our clients from excessive gap fills in volatile and illiquid markets. One thing to remember is that all clients have the ability to place market orders at any time, we are not stopping anyone “trading the news”. وبهذه الحاله لا يمكن القاء اللوم على الشركة

انصحك بالانتضار ومخاطبه الشركة و معرفه السبب قبل التهجم عليهم .
انا اعمل معهم من 4 سنوات ولم اتعرض لاي مشكله من المشاكل , هدئ اعصابك و اصبر قليلا و اعرف ماهو الخطأ بالضبط .

سبق وحذرنا 6 مليون مره ... ال stop loss مبيتفعلش ساعه الأخبار ...
مفيش فايدة ...
استحمل العواقب ...
لكن الشركه شغاله 100%

لو فعلاً مصمم ان الشركه هيا اللي غلط ممكن تشترك في اي من البنوك اللي بتقدم الخدمه دي واستحمل السبريد اللي بيوصل لحد 30 نقطة ... في مقابل انه هيضمنو ليك تفعيل الأستوبات او نقاط الدخول

ما اقول الا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
يوم الجمعة تعطل البرنامج معي اكثر من مرة وكل مرة ادخل اجد مارجن كول علي عمليات لم اقم بيها
والكثر من ذلك كنت بائع 8 عقود صغيره لليورو من سعر 1.3217 ومن الساعة الحادية عشر من توقيت مكة وكل مرة ادخل في البرنامج واقوم بتحديد الأستوب والهدف يغلق ولا ينفذ أي تغير حتي اغلق السوق في تمام التانية عشر والنصف قمت بالدخول ولكن لا تستطيع طبعا التغير لأن السوق اغلق
واليوم عند الفتح وجدت رصيدي 57 دولار فقط
بالرغم اذا جاء المارجن كول ما يقولون يكون الرصيد 370 دولار وليس 57 دولار وعند التحدث معهم اعطني ما سبق ان هناك الية وليس لهم تحكم فيها

اخي حدث معي نفس الشئ يوم الجمعه في اوردر واحد لم اراه اصلا في الااوامر المفتوحه ولا البيندنج
وفجأه مارجن كول بدون اوردرات مفتوحه ولا اي شئ
وكنت اعتقد انه عيب انترنت اي ان الاوردر وصل الي السيرفر ولم يصلني رد

اخي الكريم عوضك الله و اجارك في مصيبتك
الذي فهمته من ردهم عليك انهم فعلا لايضمنوا STOP LOSS الموضوعه في حالات معينة منها الذي حصل معك اليوم وهو ان السوق افتتح بسعر (GAP ) تحت سعر الSTOP LOSS الذي انت واضعه لذلك لم يتفعل و تجاهله حتى حصل لك المارجن كول .
لكن عتبي عليك اخي الكريم هو انك يظهر مستثمر نسبة كبيره من راس مالك اي المخاطرة عالية جدا حتى يحصل لك مارجن كول بهذا الحجم .
الان عليك الاتصال بادارة المنتدى للتاكد من الذي حصل .
نسأل الله العلي القدير ان يعوضك خيرا مما اخذ منك

بالمناسبه اخى حصل معى نفس المشكله من قبل اثناء الاخبار واخبرتنى افكسول ان هذا طبيعى لان السعر لم يصل لنقطه الاستوب فطبيبعى انه لا يفعل عليها
