FINMA instructs appropriate measures against companies or persons who, without having a corresponding authorization, engage in activities that supervisory legislation describes as requiring authorization. Potential measures to be taken can range all the way up to the liquidation of the company in question. However, it is possible that FINMA may be unable to carry out its investigations, to issue instructions for the necessary measures or to enforce these measures because, for instance, a company conducts its businesses from abroad or because the persons concerned disappeared.
On its website FINMA publishes companies and persons who seem – due to their activities in or from Switzerland, or based on the description of their purpose according to the entry in the commercial register – to perform activities that fall under the supervision of FINMA without possessing the necessary authorization to do so. Investors should be made aware that the companies listed there do not have authorization from FINMA.
Easy Forex Ltd. is not authorized by FINMA for an activity in the financial market in Switzerland. The more so as the company has no physical presence in Switzerland (no entry in the trade register or official phone book). The company pretends to have an office in Zurich to attract customers. To warn the public, FINMA has placed the notice you read on its website.

و باختصار لترجمة الايميل فانهم يحذرون من ان شركة ايزي فوركس غير مرخصة لتقديم اية خدمات في سويسرا. الشركة ليس لها وجود فعلي في سويسرا لكنها تعلن ان لها مكتب في زيوريخ.
