EUR/USDآ saw a decisive reversal yetserday with the move back to the 1.2000 level and even lower overnight. A move beyond the neckline of the huge head and shoulders formation at 1.1900/1.1870 could set the pair on the path to 1.1500, though the first target might be the 1.1750 area. Resistance is now 1.2050.

Trading stance: short any bounces with stops well above 1.2050 and a target below 1.1900.

GBP/USDآ continues to get pummeled and may see 1.7200 soon on a break of the recent 1.7400 area low. Resistance is now 1.7560/80.



Trading stance: Short GBP/USD with a stop above 1.7580 and a target well below 1.7400

USD/JPYآ continues to trend strongly higher and the next target may come in the 116.40 area as support now comes in at 115.00/10. Zooming out to the longer term view, one can argue that if the 115.00 are continues to hold as support, that we've seen a break of a massive upside down head and shoulders formation that argues for an eventual target of at least 120.00

Trading stance: buy dips toward 115.00 with stops below 114.80 and a target above 116.00
