EUR/USD - Euro Dollar
Short term (Intraday)
1,4327. EUR USD is in a range between 1,4175 and 1,4380. EUR USD moves without trend and swings around exponential moving averages (EMA 50 and 100). The volatility is low. ForexTrend daily (Mataf Trend Indicator) is in a bullish configuration. The price should find a resistance below 1,4360 (33 pips). The uptrend should continue on 1,6000 resistance (1673 pips). The trend should reverse.
We could take a short position at 1,4350. We will put the stop loss above 1,4385 (-35 pips). The targets are 1,4260 (+90 pips, risk/reward 1:2.6), 1,4150 (+200 pips, risk/reward 1:5.7) . Crude Oil
Despite much bearishness for the black gold this week, the popular commodity went through some flat trading yesterday. Crude currently stands at the $68.10 level. Both the RSI and the Stochastic Slow of the daily chart indicates that there will be much bullish behavior for Crude today. Going long with tight stops may bring big profits for forex traders today.
The Sterling's decline against Dollar has continued in the American session with the pair falling around 85 pips from 1-week highest level at 1.6415 to trade below 1.6350 level and test 1.6330 support. Currently pair is trading around 1.6330/40, 0.40% above today's opening price.
In case of further depreciation, the Pound might find support at 1.6330 (Aug 31 high) and below here, 1.6300 (Sept 2 high) and 1.6235 intra-day low.
Following market sentiment, pair reached an intraday high of 1.6412, before reaching exhaustion conditions in the hourly chart. Now correcting to the downside, indicators suggest movement could extend to 1.6300 area, where 20 SMA still with a strong bullish slope should offer some support for the pair. If under that level, expect the downside movement to accelerate.?
Support levels: 1.6330 1.6300 1.6250. Resistance levels: 1.6375 1.6415 1.6460.?
