ان الشكوى الى ان اف اية لن تجدى الى شي هذا بناء عن مشوار طويل جدا معهم
فلقد شكوت شركة من قبل و كان الحق معى لا غبار علية و بعد مشاورات و مجادلات كبيرة قال لى المسئول انه لا يستطيع ان يرجع لى المال او الصفقة الخطاء و ان دورهم فى الرقابة فقط
يوجد عندهم تحكيم
و هو كذا نظام اقل نظام فية بى 50 دولار حتى يتم النظر فى الشكوى و لكن له إجراءات معقدة جدا جدا
كما قالت لك ان الشكوى فى ال ان اف ايه عن طريق الموقع لن ترجع لك سنت واحد من نقودك علوه عن ذلك فانها تقول لك لقد اتخذنا الاجراءت ضد الشركة و لن يخبرك ما هى الاجراءت التاديبة هذة
الاسواق الاجله هي كما قال اخي محمد انها تختلف عن الاسبوت الذي تداول فيه فالاسبوت يعتبر Over The Counter Marketاي سوق غير منظمه اي ليس سوق مركزي تم العمليات فيه بطريقه اكترونيه يسمئ الوسيط فيه ديلر امالاسواق الاجله فهي Exchange Traded Securitiesاي لها سوق مركزي وتم العمليات علئ حلقهTrading Floorوهي اسواق منظمه ومراقبه بقوه يسمئ الوسيط فيها بروكر ووظيفته تمرير العمليات الئ السوق فقط مقابل عموله لا سبريد
NFA is not regulatory organztion we must take care form this so no need to complain as NFA has no right to bring you back any money from Forex broker

هل يعنى هذا أن كون شركة مشتركة فى nfa فهذا لا قيمة له ؟
لماذا إذن نحرص قبل الإشتراك مع شركة على معرفة إذا كانت مشتركة فى nfa من عدمه !
اخي ماهي الاوقات التي تحدث معك هذه المشاكل
يعني هل بعد اغلاق السوق الامريكي؟
وهل صفقاتك سريعة سكالبنج باهداف بسيطة\
وهل تضع هدف واستوب؟
وهل تقوم بعمل بندنج
هذا نص حديثى مع الsupport لتعلموا أنهم كاذبين ولصوص وقد إستقطعت منه فقط إسمى وإيمليى وتركت رقم الحساب

We do do our best to fill you at the price that ou requested, but if those prices are not available, there is nothing that we can do because the prices that we pass along are the prices that are given from our liquidity providers.

53289: when i put a deviation of 10 and the price moves 3 pips and i get reqoute in normal movement then i think there is something wrong and i don`t think that the liquidity price moved more than 10
53289: the problem is the deviation in the platfrom itself

Client Services 40: if the price moves between the time that you place the order and the time it takes to reach us then you deviation will take effect. But if price moves between the time that the liquidity providers send information on the price here at IBFX, deviation will not take effect in your trading and that is the reason you are seeing that. Please keep this in mind for your future trading and I will still let my management team know about your concern. Other than that, there is nothing that I can do.
53289: if that happens then the deviation is useless because it supposed to give me any price 10 pips high or low as the new price from ibfx...so it the liquidity gives you 4 pips change and i have 10 pips deviation then a normal excusion must take place...or why ibfx put the deviation in the platform if there is a continous problems and changes with the liquidity

إكتشفت اليوم للأسف أن التسجيل فى ال nfa ما هو إلا أكذوبة للدعاية فقط

ولكن هذا لا يمنع رقابتها على الشركات في سوق السبوت
والعملية بالتأكيد ليست سمك لبن تمر هندي
ولو الشركات اللي بتسجل فيها مش من اختصاصها ماكنتش سجلت أصلا

التجربة الفعلية أخى العزيز أثبتت أن الكل ينصب والكل لص ولا توجد شركة محترمة سواء مسجلة أو غير مسجلة فى ال nfa
فإنتربانك تقول مسجلة فى nfa و لا ديلينج ديسك ثم أتفاجأ بأسوأ ديلينج ديسك فى العالم وأكثرهم لصوصية وسرقة ومعاكسة للعميل
اليوم فقط أخذت فى محاولة غلق صفقة لأكثر من دقيقتين فمرة reqoute ومرة off qoutes وهكذا
فعندما تكون خاسر تكون الخدمة مثالية وعندما تبدأ فى الربح يتم الهجوم والتركيز عليك من قبل الشركة حتى تتركهم أو ترضى بالخسارة مرة أخرى
ومن يتخطى كل هذا إما أن يتم التعلل بأى شىء لإلغاء أرباحه أو يتم سرقته علناً بألف طريقة مثل غلق الصفقات أو ضرب ستوبات أو عدم تفعيل أهداف
للأسف الشركة المحترمة فى هذا المجال يأتى ترتيبها بعد الغول والعنقاء والخل الوفى

صدقني انت كدا مثل المدرس اللي دخل فصل سأل واحد لقاه خايب قال الفصل كله خايب
انا تعاملت مع الكثير من الشركات
ومنهم شركة بدون ذكر أسماء كبيرة جدا وتستعمل أيضا الميتا تريدر
وأكثر مشكلة كرهتني في الشركة وأصحابها كانت ال re quote
علشان كدا شركات الميتا تريدر كلها شركات سيئة
والشركة المحترمة في وجهة نظري هي فكسول ،، لم تحدث معهم مشاكل بالنسبة لي، وحتى عندما تحدث مشاكل يرجعولك فلوسك
هل جربت التعامل معها اخي الحبيب؟
