وصلتني اليوم هذه الإستراتيجية مأخوذة من أحد المنتديات والحقيقة أنها مثيرة للإهتمام , وها أنذا أطرحها أمامكم عسى أن تكون فيها الفائدة لنا جميعا , وهذا نص الطريقة كما وصلتني :

Since being introduced to Forex two years ago, I have received much information from moneytec posts, many of which have been entertaining as well, and so I have decided to give some back of what I have learned. I will try to be open to any and all comments, and criticisms, supportive or otherwise.
Introduction:
First of all -- to those of you who do not believe in indicators, or say that they only show past price performance and don’t or can’t predict the future: Indicators do work but have to be constantly interpreted correctly; otherwise they can give dangerous signals. The reason that they work in the right price action environment is that they reflect trader sentiment and the psychology of the market at any given time. If a trader knows what the market is currently thinking, then he/she can make a correct guess 70% of the time about future price levels.
Determining the Trend: Only trade in the direction of the trend shown by one time frame higher as determined by a 14 EMA. It won’t work too good the otherwise….lol
Momentum shows the rate at which prices are changing, calculated by comparing the current price with the price N periods ago. It is calculated thusly:
current price/price N periods ago x 100
Open up two indicators on your chart:
MOMENTUM 14 – Follows price activity on the chart fairly close
MOMENTUM 5 - Shows Buy and Sell Signals
Because momentum is calculated using actual price amounts, the upper and lower limits change with each time frame. To discern signals for any time frame use the following guide.

Daily Chart Upper limit 101.6 Upper limit 102.3
Lower limit 98.4 Lower limit 97.7
Using these two indicators together, interpreting them properly, can be powerful tools in your trading arsenal.
I find the most useful signal is when momentum 5 is coming back thru 100 as a signal. The reason I say this is because at this level, it means that the current close is the same the close 5 candles ago which means that price has either:
(a) Leveled off after a bigger move, which is a good exit signal, or, more commonly,
(b) turned around enough from the previous trend to indicate that trader sentiment is now headed the other way, which is a good entry signal (combined with MOM 14 reversing from beyond the extreme limit).

انا الى فهمتة
استخدام مؤشر المومينتوم باعدادات 14 والتانى اعدادات 5
ال 14 تتبع للسعر
وال5 لاشارة البيع والشراء
لكن باقى ورقة جرنال الاهرام الى مكتوبة مش فاهم منها حاجة
