ياجماعة حكيت مع الشركة وقالولي ان المشكلة من مدينة الملك عبد العزيز سكرت السيرفر
وبلغوني اذا لغاية ال4 عصر ماشتغل ابلغهم علشان يكلموا الجهات المسؤولة

ياحليلي لاكلمتهم , قمة الحنيه معاه , احاول اكسبه :)
السلام عليكم
اشتغل معي بعد جهد جهيد
وبعد ما اشتغل لم اجد الا اليورو فقط الذي شغال وباقي العملات متوقفه عن العمل حتى اشعار اخر.
نطلب من مشرفنا سرعة التدخل وحل المشكلة
انا مثلكم ايضا
وقد اعطاني احدهم في رفكو حلا بسيطا لكن المشكلة قد تعاود الظهور بتلك الرسالة المشؤمة service unavailable
"الخدمة غير موجودة"
الحل كالتالي:
1. اذهب لملف file
2. اعدادات البروكسي proxy settings
3. اضغط مرتين على التالي Next
4.ثم اشر بعد ذلك على خانة استخدام بروكسي use proxy
5. اضغط بعدها على مربع INTERNET EXPLORER في الاسفل وستتعبأ خانة المضيف HOST والمنفذ PORT
6.اضغط على التالي
7. اضغط على كلمة حفظSAVE ثم انهاء FINISH
ولعله بعد ذلك يصلح
