صحراء لوط في جنوب شرق إيران
و هي من أكبر الصحاري في آسيا الوسطى
إذ تبلغ مساحتها الأجمالية 51,800 كيلومتر مربع
و تكثر فيها السبخات
و ترتفع فيها درجات الحرارة إلى مستويات عالية جداً
