مشكل hotforex و اغلاق الصفقة بعيدة عن الستوب لوس

سلام عليكم
ما رأيكم في هده الحادثة التي وقعت لي على زوج الباوند برنك اليوم
قمت بمراسلة الشركة بخصوص هدا الامر و التعويض لكن الانجليزية ضعيفة جدا
كان عندي شراء للزوج من 1.33585 و ستوب 1.33509
الشركة اغلقت على 1.33366 قالك انزلاق سعري
مع العلم ان في شركة ثانية ضرب الستوب على 1.3350 بدون انزلاق
كما في الصورة
راسلتهم بهدا الخصوص

Thank you for contacting us.

We have investigated your request and concluded that the order was slipped due to lack of liquidity and high volatility in the markets. Slippage can occur if markets ‘gaps’, this is when prices either jump or fall from one price to another without trading at every increment in between.

For instance, the price can jump directly from 1.3356 to 1.33307 in one tick – so all pending orders placed in between these prices will therefore be filled at the next available price (1.33366).

As per section 1 of the Trading and Execution Risks legal document, the goal of HotForex is to provide its clients with the best pricing available at any time and to get all orders filled at the requested rate.

However, there are times when, due to an increase in volatility or volume, orders may be subject to slippage.

This most commonly occurs during fundamental news events and other Political or Market announcements.

Please note that there was very important economic news (GBP CPI) released at 11:30 server time.
The volatility in the market can and might create trading conditions where orders are difficult to execute at the requested rate, since the price might be many pips away from that price due to the extreme market movement.

Even though the trader is looking to execute at a specific price, the market might have moved significantly and the order would be filled at the next best price or the fair market value. Similarly, increased volume may also result in slippage if sufficient liquidity does not exist to execute all trades at the requested rate.

Furthermore, once a limit or stop order is triggered, it becomes an “At Best Price” market order, and there is no guarantee it will be filled at any particular given price. Therefore, limit or stop orders may also experience slippage depending on the market conditions.

This isn't some error or an issue with the software. Quite simply, if the price at which you wished your order to be executed does not exist in the market, your order will be filled at the next available price (slippage).

Please note news trading carries a higher degree of risk due to the increased volatility and slippage likelihood therefore traders are advised to carry due diligence when trading on news times.

الاستوب لوس وقت الاخبار حسب الشركة
في شركات تضمن تنفيذ الأمر وفي شركات حسب الانزلاق
حدث لي انزلاق قبل فترة بأكتر من 20 نقطة على نفس الشركة بخبر مشابه
ولكن في الاخر هذه هي سياسة الشركة

ذلك أخي لأنها تعمل بنظام STP أي تمرر تمرر صفقتك لبروكر اخر كبير و لديه سيولة
بالمناسبة لقد كان هنالك خبر على الباوند مما أدى لانزلاق سعري أنا أيضا تأثرت بهذا الانزلاق في شركة أخرى تعمل بنظام ECN

بهه الطريقة هل حسابي مثلا stp ام ماركت ميكر
في حالة ما ادا كانت الشركة ماركت ميكر حتى ولو كان هناك انزلاق ينفدون بالسعر الي حطيته ؟

في الحقيقة لا مفر من الانزلاقات السعرية في ماركت ميكر او ECN أو STP
فمثلا الماركت ميكر يمكنه برمشة عين أن يصفر حسابك
و بالطبع لن يدعك تستفيد من المتاجرة الحادة لأنك سوف تـأخد من جيبه
لكن هنالك حسابات VIPلا تقل عن 40000دولار لدى شركات كبيرة يمكنهم تنفيد أوامرك أو وقف خسارتك في المكان المححد مهما يكن
لذلك لا مفر يا أخي الكريم فقط تجنب الاخبار الحادة
